Do vampires need energy drinks? Well, sort of. Blood is their drink of choice, and it seems to keep them going through the worknight well into coffin time the next morning.
Those of us with boring office jobs know what the 3 o’clock slump is like - it stands to reason that vampires might have the same problem at 3am, when they need a little nibble to get them through till dawn.
Well, just in time for Halloween and the release of the new Twilight movie comes Blood Energy Potion. It claims to have both the consistency of blood, and the nutritional makeup thereof. Whatever that means. Except it tastes like fruit punch. So it’s like the annoying chicks at the party drinking wine coolers while everyone else is belting shots of tequila. “Get real blood nutrients without that real blood taste!”
Personally I think this is an excellent niche for a drink maker. Hardcore sport enthusiasts - skaters, wrestlers, bikers, night shift workers, long haul drivers and students cramming for exams turn to All-Day Energy Spray to get the burst of energy and clarity they need to work and play hard. But what about those poor goth/emo kids? They’re clearly wasting away from lethargy and ennui. It’s important for them to have an energy drink of their own. Honestly, no one looks like they need it more.

The big topic on everyone’s mind these days is health insurance. Buy it, keep it, replace it, government option? Every day we see a new article screaming from the headlines about health insurance. But this isn’t about partisan politics. This isn’t about legislation or Congress or anything like it.
This post is about taking care of yourself. About the responsibility you have to your own body to make sure it is always in the best shape it can be in. By caring for the body we live in, we can eliminate many of the illnesses that require all that health insurance, and are better able to handle the grand medical events in life: accidents, injuries, old age, pregnancy…
The key to caring for your body is simple. It has always been simple, but we have complicated it so much over the years that we don’t know which way to look anymore. It’s “Back to School” time - now is a good opportunity to remind you of the lessons your mama taught you when you were little that you’ve probably long since put out of your mind:
- Eat right. The food pyramid is a little skewed in favor of the grain mafia, so you’re in charge of due diligence on your dietary requirements. Fruits and veggies in generous portions, lean meats, whole grains, starches in moderation.
- Stay hydrated. No matter what you’re doing - either biking x-country or sitting at a computer - your body is using up its water stores. Keep replenishing. Soda, coffee, bottled fruit juices - none of these are as hydrating as water and some are even dehydrating! If water bores you, squeeze some lemon into it or something.
- Sleep. Your body needs it to recharge, and your brain needs it to dump all the old files and make room for new info.
- Exercise. Hit the gym for some cardio and weights, or just take a brisk walk around the neighborhood. Get that heart pumping blood and oxygen through your body.
- Get regular checkups. I don’t want to hear that you don’t have the time/money to see a doctor right now. Will you have more time/money when your heart gives out or you find out you have diabetes? Quit complaining and make the appointment today.
- Have fun. Laugh. Relax with friends and family, but also give yourself some alone time to listen to your own thoughts.

Another day, another warning about the adverse effects of highly caffeinated energy drinks. Now that it’s back-to-school season, kids are depending on drinks like Red Bull and Hype to keep them alert through long classes and homework.
“Students should be getting the appropriate amount of rest that they need, not turning to (caffeine) spiked drinks or any other sorts of drugs to stay awake,” Mr Fry said.
“(The drinks) have mind-altering effects in the short term and are not appropriate for children’s brains. They have adverse long- and medium-term effects and won’t assist people in getting smarter.”
Energy drinks provide a high-level dose of caffeine and other natural and artificial stimulants to provide a spike in energy and alertness. However, because the dose is so high, there’s always a crash when they wear off.
All-Day Energy Spray isn’t like that. It’s self-controlled dosing. Take a little or a lot (we recommend a little, as often as you need it). Because you are taking in small amounts of Xytine™ - an all natural stimulant - there is no “crash” that comes when it wears off. It just simply wears away gradually, without that heavy fatigue that comes from taking too much all at once.

Saints Head Coach Sean Payton said kicker Garrett Hartley has been suspended for his use of a drug called Adderall.
Hartley told the team he used Adderall to help stay awake while driving late at night recently. He did not have a prescription and said he got the pills from a friend.
Uh huh. See, if he had just ordered a few bottles of All-Day Energy Spray and kept one in his bag and another in his car, he wouldn’t be suspended. He wouldn’t be in trouble for illegally acquiring and using prescription medication to stay awake.
All-Day Energy Spray - in any of the four great flavors: grape, cinnamon, mint or citrus - would have freshened his breath and given him a boost of energy and clarity in a safer, more legal way than Adderall ever could.
Be smarter than Garrett Hartley - order your All-Day Energy Spray today!

The bees are all abuzz. Seems like everyone is using energy supplements these days, even the busy little bees.
The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is instructing British beekeepers to put out an “energy drink” for lazy bees made from water and sugar. This will rouse the bees, and remind them that their supposed to be busily pollinating flowers instead of drowsing in the honeycombs.
Bad weather has thus far been blamed for the bee lethargy.
While the mixture may be rudimentary (two tablespoons of sugar and a tablespoon of water), it clearly works. The bees are up and about again, doing their part to maintain the food chain. The same idea works for humans, though not as well. Simple water and sugar will give us a boost, but it won’t sustain us. That combo will leave us feeling more sluggish than ever once it wears off, and unlike the bees, we don’t have a hive to hide out in.
Xytine™ - the active ingredient in All-Day Energy Spray - is an all-natural stimulant that works quickly, sustains evenly, and wears off without the crash. Xytine™ is NOT recommended for bees, and should only be used by athletes, students, sports enthusiasts, nurses, truck drivers and any other HUMAN who needs a flavorful energy boost.
To find out what happens when non-humans attempt to get their paws on Xytine™, check out the Adventures of Sloth Bloy.
Let this be a warning to the bees: Keep your stingers away from All-Day Energy Spray!

The jury is still out on many energy drink products like Red Bull and 5-Hour Energy. The FDA rarely gets involved in these types of products (All-Day Energy Spray included) unless there is a hazard involved.
For example, the FDA got involved with HydroxyCut, the fat burning pill that was taken off the market earlier this year because of the potential for severe liver damage.
But when it comes to energy supplements, hard data isn’t easy to come by.
So what do we know about them? Well, like most things in life, everything should be consumed in moderation. There isn’t enough caffeine or B-vitamins in drinks like 5-Hour to do serious harm to anyone, when taken as directed. You suck down a dozen of them, and you’re dealing with something else altogether. But the makers are pretty clear about that on their website: they state that there’s a potential “niacin flush reaction” from Vitamin B3, but that’s very temporary.
The fact is drinks like Red Bull shouldn’t be taken in conjunction with 5-Hour Energy, which shouldn’t be capped off with All-Day Energy Spray, which shouldn’t be washed down with coffee!
All-Day Energy Spray and its Xytine formula are made from all natural ingredients that are designed to give you a boost of energy and clarity. It is not designed to keep you awake for days at a time! All-Day Energy Spray is made for people who like to play hard, but wrestlers, skaters and other extreme athletes know that taking care of their bodies with proper rest and nutrition are crucial to peak performance.
The maker of 5-Hour Energy said it best: “There is no law against stupidity and there is always that person out there that is going to push the envelope and consume too many…”
So don’t be stupid! Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated (especially important for heavy coffee drinkers and takers of diet pills, as they are very dehydrating by nature), and use energy products in moderation.
